You and your words are an inspiration, Gary. I couldn't agree more. "If you take care of yourself when young, your elder years will be a blast." So true. I'm already seeing it among my peers in our 50's. Those who took care of themselves and those who abused or neglected their bodies, the proof is in the proverbial pudding. You are an inspiration to all of us--at any age!
