The throbbing headache or stiff shoulders you’re experiencing have nothing to do with the recession, COVID-fatigue, or the almost-6-months of the War in Ukraine.

Nope.

The reason you feel like crap has nothing to do with killer bees or Monkeypox.

Think your torn meniscus is a result of playing too much pickleball? Think again.

The Real Problem

My discovery of the core issue behind ALL of humanity’s aches and pains arrived in the most unexpected place: the grocery store

The store itself wasn’t the problem.

The issue: what was (and wasn’t) on the shelves.

Too Many and Not Enough

Gone were my favorite cereal, whipped cream, and flour. Yet there was a FLOOD of choices for things that I didn’t need or want. Upon further research I learned there are:

  • 1,500 KitKat bar flavors
  • over 20 Pop-Tart flavors
  • 31 Capri Sun flavors
  • over 40 kinds of General Mills cereals
