Like most things in life, I don't believe technology is black and white. There are a lot of pros and cons to how easy it is to connect with souls from around the world--like us:-) What a wonderful gift technology brings us!💗

And yet, when we spend hours scrolling through our phones, losing track of who we are to memes, IG reels, and political campaigns based on algorithms, we are potentially throwing away our precious time on this beautiful planet that could be focused on soul lifting, heart opening experiences. Medium is the latter for me as well. But so is baking with my son, going for a walk, listening to a friend.

Technology is a wonderful tool if we are disciplined about how we use it. But so many souls lose themselves to it, allowing it to hijack independent thought and genuine connection.

Medium offers us a space to meaningfully connect. And for this, I'm so grateful.💗
