I'm right there with you, Jake. What I've been doing with one of those family members is asking them to share 3 things they are grateful for each day. At first, they were SOOO resistant. But after a few weeks of this, they are getting the hang of it. And this person is just shy of 80 years! Planting seeds--that's what I find helps. We can't control the outcome, of course, but it feels good to help plant those seeds. I hope that helps.💛
