I'm still very new on Medium. I love submitting to Dr. Funny and Move Me Poetry in particular. Both provide constructive feedback and a short turnaround. I also like submitting to The Orange Journal. I haven't checked the number of people subscribed to them because I know these three are publishing quality content and that's plenty for me for now. I hope this helps:-)
