Absolutely, dear Annie. And there is no shame for you either. Your heart and intentions for your son's well being are pure. Reading this, your love for your son is palpable; if I can feel it, your son can too, knows your unconditional love and support for him in his core.

You are making it okay for so many other parents out there (myself included) who navigate the raw chords of our heart that get pulled and pushed behind the facade of "normal." Normal is an illusion.
